The beginning of
something magical
It is named in homage to the historical memory of the building where the remains of a Roman perfumery from the 3rd century were found during its restoration. Today it is a gastronomic reference where you can explore the flavor and purity of the local product, highlighting the essence and authenticity of the raw material.
